The food was delish! I get the combo plate steak and shrimp with fried rice. Always a ton of food for a couple of meals. Love the shrimp sauce too. The carrots are the right amount of sweetness.
I've been here plenty of times and every single time. It's AMAZING! Theory Pho's are always very tasty, flavorful, delicious, and very filling. They do give you a very big portion, and I always can barely get through half of it. Definitely a bowl to share between two people I love their Kimchi fries. Fries have just the right amount of crisp, and they do not get soggy even with the kimchi, meat, and sauces that get poured on top. Their Vietnamese coffee is my go-to. Even if I dont buy any food, when I'm in the area, I will at least go in and get me a Vietnamese coffee. They have plenty of seating inside. They used to have normal cashiers working, but now they turned it into self check out. You go in, select your order from an iPad, and pay. If you have cash, you do ring a bell, and someone will come out,take your order, and then take your cash and come back with any change. I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer Afternoon Tea now! You just call and make a reservation! I'm excited to try that out. If you're in the area, please make your way here. You won't regret it.
I fell in love with this place the moment I saw a separate menu for vegan options. Absolutely convenient to pick vegan food from a place like this. Food was delicious and the quantity was great. We ordered vegan tofu ramen and vegan smoked ham and both were amazing. We ordered on yelp and was served in just 10 mins. Ambience is eye catching. Definitely recommend for my vegan fellows.
Went for lunch there was no wait, food was out in around 5 minutes! Self service kiosk and the food is brought to you. Good hibachi for a good price! Highly recommend the lunch portion.
I haven't tried too many things from here, but what I have, has been great! They are my go-to spot for Pho takeout or delivery when visiting Charlotte as they're one of the few places that offers a vegan pho broth AND the option for shrimp. I easily got three meals out of one order of soup. Their vegetable spring rolls are perfectly crisp and seasoned as well and the shumai were also pretty tasty. They offer hibachi plates and combination platters and the portions are massive. Someone in our group had their salmon poke bowl and said it was fantastic. Highly recommend!
What a sweet little spot tucked away in a shopping center. Great find. I'd definitely go back to try something new. The process is a bit removed from people- you walk up and order from a computer and take a number. As a people centered person I found this a bit sad and removed but I understand the benefits (contact, some others prefer etc). I ordered the ahi nachos and while they were plentiful, the seared was overpowering. So much it was almost hard to eat. Well flavored though. And with ripe avocados. I also got a boba tea with low sugar. They forgot our drinks and brought them about 10 mins after food. They were, however, delicious. Perfectly sweetened and flavorful. Also many options here. Other people in the party got bowls. They were all pretty decently sized and very customizable. Good diversity of items in the bowl too. Pretty decently priced. Lots on the menu for all- gluten free, vegan etc. I'd like to try it again!
